MESH WARRANTY

We want to offer our customers a personalized and excellent shopping experience. All our products are carefully checked before being shipped, but we understand that some issues may arise. That is why all our products come with a 2-year warranty.

The MESH warranty covers any defects that may result from manufacturing issues, broken pieces, or broken chains. The warranty does not cover evident damage caused by misuse, lost items, damage and scratches resulting from normal use of the pieces or improper storage, or products modified by third parties. 

Due to the nature of the materials involved, we cannot guarantee that the plating on MESH jewellery will last forever. Gold-plated pieces are delicate and subject to change, and may lose their colour over time. The speed at which this happens depends on factors beyond MESH’s control, such as the skin’s pH, perspiration, contact with chemicals, etc. MESH jewellery is plated with 18K gold, with a thickness of 1 micron, and treated with a special anti-tarnish varnish. This gold plating is covered by the 2-year warranty.

To combat this normal wear and tear, we created the JEWELRY REVIVAL PROGRAM, which promotes the sustainable and long-lasting use of your jewellery beyond the two-year period. It is always possible to have your jewellery replated with gold, regardless of its oxidation level. The plating is carried out in our workshop, where we charge only for the cost of the raw materials and provide the service free of charge. After payment, we issue a VOUCHER for the same amount.
