At Mesh, we strive to provide our customers with consistently high quality products. All of our products are carefully checked before dispatch, but we understand that there may be issues. That's why we offer a 2 year warranty on all our products.

Our own workshop and professional goldsmith's team

We have our own workshop where our team of specialized goldsmiths carry out all the jewellery repairs, which ensures that all repairs are carried out with the utmost attention to detail and that each piece is returned to the customer in perfect condition.

Repair process

If you need to repair a product purchased in our stores, get in touch with our Customer Support team, who will be happy to help. To start the repair process, please send us an email to info@meshlabel.com or Whatsaap message, with the following information:

  • Full name
  • Address and telephone number for shipping
  • Request number
  • Description of the problem with the product
  • Damaged product image

As soon as we receive your email, our team will contact you to indicate the next steps.

Store delivery or courier shipping

For the repair to be carried out in our workshop, you can bring the product directly to our stores or send it by mail with the instructions provided by Customer Support. Once the repair is complete, we will contact you to arrange delivery.
The cost of sending the parts to the workshop is the customer's responsability. Return of finished parts is courtesy of Mesh. In-store delivery and pickups are free of charge.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear. Furthermore, the warranty does not cover damage caused by repairs carried out by third parties or repair attempts by unauthorized personallities.
