Regina Lima discovered her passion for a healthy lifestyle in 2017, after a transformative experience in Italy, where she realized the profound impact that nutrition has on her life. Since then, she has dedicated herself to creating products and services that promote vitality and happiness. She organizes wellness and personal development retreats for women in Porto, developed a functional coffee brand, and also her own line of organic spices, so that anyone can cook their flavors. She also conducts private workshops, corporate events, catering services, and everything related to healthy eating, active lifestyle, and happiness.

I believe that when we put love into what we do, everything flows. And that is what I do. I am very happy with this project and my goal is to reach more people every day who also want to be as healthy as they are happy.

WHEN DID YOUR PASSION FOR NUTRITION BEGIN?

In 2017 I decided to change my lifestyle after living for a period in Italy and having gained weight. Initially, it all started from a need to lose weight and return to my previous physical shape, but then it became much more than that.
Over time and during the process, I realized that these changes impacted my outward appearance, but much more so my inner self. I began to understand and feel the effects that good nutrition and a healthy lifestyle brought: I started to have more energy, more creativity, my skin and hair gained shine and became stronger. And I myself gained more confidence, more self-love, and above all, health. Today I believe that we are what we eat and absorb and that the prevention of many diseases lies in our diet and lifestyle, so it was a one-way path that makes me happier every day.

WHEN YOU CREATE NEW DISHES, WHAT IS YOUR INSPIRATION?

The part about creating different dishes and combinations is an area I really enjoy. Being able to use my creativity and at the same time put my love and energy into what I create is very rewarding. Sometimes I get inspiration from meals I have out, other times through social media, but mostly from my travels. I love traveling and experiencing different cultures and I always come back very inspired by everything I consume around the world.

Fruit, always very varied, but bananas and avocados are always present.

WHAT IS THE “SECRET” TO CREATING HEALTHY HABITS IN OUR DIET?

There are no secrets, the wheel was invented a long time ago. However, I believe it’s about going slowly and trusting the process. Above all, it has to be something you really want to do for yourself and prioritize in your life and routine. Wanting to change everything at once doesn’t make sense. I believe we should make gradual changes, calmly, but always seeking what makes us better.
The mantra is always the same: if you don’t take care of yourself, who will? Putting yourself as a priority in your life is, I believe, the secret to any positive change.
