Follow the instructions from our customer support team to send us the jewellery or stop by our store in downtown Porto to drop them off.
REPAIR IN OUR WORKSHOP
We restore your jewellery to it's original stage. First we give it a professional clean and polish, followd by a new 18K gold plating.
Finally, a finish layer called e-coating is applied, a polish that seals the plating and extends the jewellery shine.
RECEIVE YOUR JEWELLERY
Within 4 weeks your jewellery will be delivered as new.
STORE CREDIT
When the jewellery is shipped, a voucher will be issued with the amount paid for the new plating, valid in our stores.
