The MESH warranty covers any defects that may originate from manufacturing problems, broken parts, or broken chains. The warranty does not cover obvious damage caused by misuse, lost items, damage and scratches resulting from normal wear of the pieces or improper storage, and products subjected to modifications by third parties.

Due to the nature of the materials involved, we cannot guarantee that the MESH jewelry plating will last forever. Pieces with gold plating are delicate and volatile, and may lose their color over time. The speed at which this happens depends on factors beyond MESH’s control, such as skin pH, perspiration, contact with chemicals, etc. MESH jewelry is coated with an 18K gold plating, with a thickness of 1 micron, under a special anti-tarnish varnish treatment. This gold plating is covered by the 2-year warranty.

To combat this normal wear of the pieces, we created the JEWELRY REVIVAL PROGRAM which promotes the sustainable and extended use of your jewelry beyond two years. It is always possible to give your jewelry a new gold plating, regardless of its oxidation state. The platings are done in our workshop, where we will only charge the cost of the raw material and offer the service free of charge. After payment, we issue a VOUCHER of the same value.
