Our policy is valid for 30 days after receiving the order. If 30 days have passed since the delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Customized items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Please carefully check the details of your order and delivery before finalizing your purchase. We will not be responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided to us.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If the exchange/return is approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method (whenever possible) within a maximum period of 5 days. Depending on the refund method, it may take up to 5 days for the funds to become available in your account.
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again. Contact your account manager, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the discounted price.
