Refund policy


Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days after receiving the order. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must not be used and must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Personalized items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Carefully check your order and delivery details before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses provided to us.

Additional non-returnable items:

- Gift bags.

- Premium wrapping.
- Shipping fees.

Returns

After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the exchange/return is approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method (whenever possible), within a maximum period of 5 days. Depending on the refund method, it may take up to 5 days to appear in your account.

Delayed refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Contact your account manager, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank. There is usually a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, contact us at store@meshlabel.com.

Sale items 

Items purchased on sale will be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges

To return your item, you must mail it to the address:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your address, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are sending an item over €20, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
