Shipping policy

All available shipping methods are provided and calculated automatically at checkout after you enter your details. Note that we have more than one option for most European countries.


Shipping is free on orders over €100 worldwide.

If you choose the standard method, delivery times are usually&nbsp:

Portugal and Spain (2-3 business days)
Azores and Madeira Islands (6-10 business days)
European Union (5-10 business days)
Rest of the World (5-10 business days)

If you want to receive your order within 24 business hours, you can choose the express service when available. The amounts are shown at checkout. 

The prices above include VAT at the legal rate.

All orders are processed by the next business day after the order is placed at the MESH store. At Checkout, each available method indicates the delivery time to the desired address and the respective price.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by carriers, although this is not common. However, we will do our best to resolve all situations as quickly as possible.

Occasionally, shipments to countries outside the European Union may include additional fees and taxes, which will be the customer's responsibility.

Free Shipping Campaigns may occur occasionally, the amounts are automatically updated at checkout. These campaigns only cover standard shipping.

During promotional periods and times of higher order volume, order processing and shipping may be delayed.
